YA8006 is 80% polyester blend fabric with 20% rayon, which we call TR. The width is 57/58” and weight is 360g/m. This quality is serge twill. We keep more than 100 ready colors for this polyester twill fabric, and we can do customization of your colors as well. TR fabric drapes well, and it’s durable. What are the features of polyester rayon fabric?
The biggest advantages of TR fabrics are their excellent wrinkle resistance and conformal properties. Therefore, TR fabrics are often used to make suits and overcoats. TR fabric is a kind of polyester adhesive spinning fabric, so it is very complementary. Therefore, the clothing made with TR fabric can not only maintain the fastness, wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability of polyester, but also improve the air permeability and melt hole resistance of the polyester blend fabric. It reduces the ball lifting and antistatic phenomenon of the polyester rayon fabric. In addition, TR fabric is made of polyester adhesive fabric made of synthetic fiber and man-made fiber, so it has very good elasticity and resilience, and the fabric is crisp, with excellent light resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and ultraviolet resistance.
How’s the quality for this polyester rayon fabric?
According to the test report, the result shows that,
- Color fastness to rubbing (ISO 105-X12:2016), the dry rubbing can reach to GRADE 4-5, and wet rubbing can reach to GRADE 2-3.
- Color fastness to washing (ISO 105-C06), color chage is GRADE 4-5, and color staining to acetate, cotton, polyamide, polyester, acrylic and wool all reach to GRADE 4-5.
- Pilling resistance (ISO 12945-2:2020), even after 7000 cycles, it reaches to Grade 4-5.
Due to the use of reactive dyeing, it has good colorfastness. And we use high class fabric finishing and technics to make this quality high grade anti-pilling.
